Fredericksburg Seafood & Paella Festival

This year one of Texas' Best Chefs, Chef Joh Tomlin of Sage and Cedar, will be joining us to cook his amazing seafood Paella!

The event will run all day (Noon to 6PM), but the Lobster and Paella Food Service portion of the event is being held on Saturday from 12 PM until 6 PM (or until sold out). Fredericksburg Lobster Festival - ​Big Beautiful Maine Lobsters drop shipped and served with garlic butter and fixins, alongside delicious non seafood options plus beer, wine and spirits...with TONS of live local music. Tons of great drink specials!
